Please follow these steps to ensure a smooth transition to your new location. | ||
1. Check your serving area map | ||
Check your serving area map to confirm that your new location is within our serving area. | ||
2. Open a Service Request | ||
Open a Service Request with Cbeyond Customer Care 30 - 45 days prior to your move. Simply go to My Requests to open a new Service Request and provide the following information: |

3. Validation | ||
Once your new address has been validated by our Moves Team, you will be contacted by a
Move Coordinator within 3-5 business days.
NOTE: Cbeyond now offers BeyondMobile service, a mobile voice and data offering with national coverage. Please let your Move Coordinator know if you would like to add BeyondMobile to your account. |

4. Sign the Moves Acknowledgement Form | ||
Sign the Moves Acknowledgement Form and send it to your Cbeyond Move Coordinator, including an executed copy of the Move Contract. Please note that the move process will not begin until the Move Contract is signed and returned. | ||
5. Coordinate Phone Work and Wiring at New Location | ||
You will need to coordinate all LAN and phone work to be completed at your new location on the day of activation, including wiring of your LAN and relocation of your phone system. Cbeyond is not responsible for your LAN or phone systems or any fees associated with moving them. | ||
